Wheel Lynx HGV Recovery: 8 Ton Lift, 16 Ton Winch
The Wheel Lynx HGV recovery kit is built for demanding single-wheel lifting and winching on HGVs. It offers 8 ton lifting capacity and 16 ton winching capacity, with components in SSAB Strenx® 700 Swedish steel for a high strength-to-weight ratio. Designed for rapid manual deployment at the roadside.
Compatible With Aluminium and Steel HGV Axles
The kit includes vehicle-specific sleeve nuts for a secure fit: Volvo (7/8 UNF), Scania (7/8 BSF) and standard ISO (M22 x 1.5). Sockets (33mm and 32mm, 1/2" drive), brackets, bow shackles and a 1.5m 8t soft sling with wear protector are included. Suitable for both aluminium and steel HGV axles.
Safety and Certification
The endless sling has a 7:1 safety factor. Omega links are 16mm with 8 ton SWL. The kit is supplied with certification documentation to support commercial safety compliance. Brackets are plated for corrosion resistance in harsh conditions.
